YOUR CUSTOMIZABLE ITINERARY:

TWO NIGHTS located three blocks from the Jackson town square, on seven lush acres adjacent to the National Elk Refuge. Stay in a lavishly appointed deluxe guest room in the historic main lodge featuring two queen beds with double pillow top mattress, fireplace, LCD TV, coffee maker, and hairdryer. Your tranquil and exclusive resort boasts an outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, beautifully landscaped trails along Flat Creek, hot gourmet breakfast buffet, and a fireside lounge offering small plates and fine wines.

SNAKE RIVER SCENIC FLOAT Cruise through the beautiful Snake River Valley in a comfortable guided raft, with the snow-capped Teton Mt Range as your backdrop. Your 13-Mile journey offers plenty of wildlife viewing and some of the best eagle-nesting habitat in the country. Be sure to bring a camera, as you might also see deer, otters, an occasional moose or elk, eagles, kingfishers, and osprey. Your friendly, knowledgeable guide will provide binoculars and a deli style lunch on the raft. Round trip is approx. 3 hours.

CHUCK WAGON COOKOUT & WESTERN SHOW will bring you back to the 1800’s as you climb aboard a horse-drawn covered wagon and ride to an outdoor dining room on the bank of a clear mountain stream in beautiful Cache Creek Canyon. Your dinner includes roast beef, barbecued chicken, corn on the cob, Dutch oven baked beans, green salad, rolls, coffee, lemonade and brownies. Top off your evening whoopin’ it up with the singing Cowboys, Indians and Mountain Man.

TWO NIGHTS at Old Faithful in a simple motel-style unit built in the 1920’s and arranged in modules of 4 or 8 units. Your cabin has one double bed and a full bathroom. Restaurants, grills, cantinas, gift shops, visitors center, laundry, and plenty of hiking trails at your doorstep. *Please note that all park accommodations are non-smoking and reflect the natural surroundings of Yellowstone; televisions, radios, air conditioning, and internet hook-ups are not available.*

TWO NIGHTS located 3 miles outside of Yellowstone NP, in the middle of the Shoshone National Forest. This Guest Ranch is the perfect place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring! Stay in a authentic western log cabin, with one king sized bed, bathroom, kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Relax on the front porch, watch for deer surrounded by cottonwood trees. Activities here include horseback riding, fishing, hiking dancing, and evening campfires. Also expect an extremely friendly staff and excellent food.

MORNING RIDE WITH TRAIL SIDE BREAKFAST Saddle up at an authentic Wyoming Guest Ranch for a 2-hour trail ride through the Shoshone National Forest. Travel through unforgettable Wyoming landscapes  along the borders of Yellowstone National Park. Gentle and capable horses are hand picked for you, so sit back and relax, while your friendly cowboy guide leads you through high mountain passes and scenic vistas. At the end of your ride, enjoy a trail side breakfast cooked over an open fire, amidst the cottonwood trees, by the ranch chef who specializes in delicious cowboy fare with the freshest and finest ingredients. GUIDED TROLLEY TOUR Enjoy a 60-minute, 22-mile tour with two live narrators, historical photos, pass-around relics and entertaining audio clips, to share the story of world-famous William F. “Buffalo Bill” Cody. From the cozy oak interior of a festive trolley, visit and learn about Cody’s historical sites, scenic vistas, geology, wildlife and old and new west attractions. HISTORICAL CENTER ADMISSION Boasting five internationally-acclaimed museums under one roof! The interactive museum of natural history is always a hit with the kids and all ages will enjoy learning about the amazing life of “Buffalo” Bill Cody. You will also learn the stories of the Plains Indians, see the west through the eyes of various artists and discover the role of firearms in Western History. Your trip to Wyoming isn’t complete without a visit to one of the most complete museums of western history in the country.

ONE NIGHT stay in one of Wyomings most celebrated historic hotels, for a truly unique western experience. We will reserve a classic suite with one king or queen sized bed, private bath and antique furnishings. Hotel amenities include an on site restaurant, free wi-fi and air conditioning. The downtown area is full of western history and the local folks could not be more friendly in this small western town. Famous hotel visitors include: Butch Cassidy and the Hole-in-the-Wall Gang, Calamity Jane, General Phil Sheridan, Buffalo Bill, the young Teddy Roosevelt and many more.

TWO NIGHTS atop Terry Peak overlooking thousands of acres of Ponderosa Pine and only minutes away from downtown Deadwood and Spearfish Canyon. You will stay in a private log cabin with two bedrooms, loft area, two bathrooms, full kitchen, TV, game room, fireplace, hot tub and huge deck with hammock and grill.  Sit in the hot tub and breathe in the fresh air or just relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace – you’ll feel so at home you might just move back!

LOST TRAILS BACK COUNTRY JEEP TOUR will begin from atop Terry Peak, buried in the Black Hills National Forest. Your experienced guide will pick you up for a full morning of pure back woods adventure. Your route takes you through Spearfish Canyon with stops for a variety of waterfalls and up to Cement Ridge (6,647’) for unsurpassed views of the surrounding area. Lastly, you head to the eerie ghost town of Tinton and the remote mountain lake called Iron Creek Lake. Your tour guide, Jake, has been touring the Black Hills for over 40 years and can tailor this adventure to your personal preferences. A light deli-style lunch with snacks and sodas is provided.

MT RUSHMORE we will recommend and will provide directions, detailed information and history for your visit to Mt Rushmore. There is a lot to see and do at Mt Rushmore; a 30 minute Ranger Walk along the Presidential Trail, a 15 minute Sculptors Studio Talk, and a 30 minute audio tour. You might also spend 10-30 minutes visiting the Lakota Heritage Village. Entrance fee of $11 not included in package price.

ONE NIGHT nestled in the Black Hills Ponderosa Pine at a comfortable and tasteful bed and breakfast, just a short, scenic drive from Rapid City. This 100-year old property features a beautiful wrap around deck on both levels with breath taking views and the peaceful sound of Rapid Creek just below. GOLD PANNING LESSON & MINE TOUR This is a rare experience at a very old working gold site with an antique mining museum and modern placer mill. Your admission not only provides a historic tour of the mill, but also gold panning! Your guide will explain the science of gold panning and how to identify other rocks and minerals. Guaranteed to bring home gold! Expect to spend 2-3 hours.
